The brief
Character retail has a short window and depends on product breadth, so a pop-up has to present enough range to justify a dedicated trip while fitting into a limited floor area and a fixed trading period.
What we did
- Presented licensed merchandise as a curated retail environment rather than a shelf drop.
- Used the character's identity to shape the store design and visitor flow.
- Operated as a temporary retail format tuned to a bounded campaign period.
