The brief
International film IP arrives in Indonesia with an existing global brand identity and a narrow window around the cinema release. Malls need the activation to work for families who already know the property while remaining commercially viable for tenants, which usually means pairing the experience with merchandise rather than treating it as decoration alone.
What we did
- Adapted the property's visual identity into a mall-scale installation rather than a screen-accurate replica.
- Combined the visitor experience with retail so the activation had a revenue line alongside footfall.
- Ran the format inside shopping-centre operating constraints, including atrium load, access and trading hours.

Outcome
Delivered as an international IP mall event with integrated retail, demonstrating that a licensed film property can be translated into a centre-wide experience rather than a standalone photo spot.
